The NAV Update Schedule

Effective June 2024, we will transition from a monthly to a rolling 3-month schedule for updating the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share for Cityfunds.

Why We Provide You With Quarterly Reporting

We are making this change for several reasons:

• Enhanced Accuracy: By moving to a three-month update cycle, we aim to provide a more stable and accurate view of your investment's value, reducing the impact of short-term market fluctuations.

• Improved Decision-Making: With more time between updates, we can perform deeper market analysis and make more informed strategic decisions, leading to better long-term returns.

• Comprehensive Reports: More time allows us to give you more detailed reports and insights about your investment’s performance.

The New NAV Schedule

Each Cityfund will have a distinct schedule for the three-month reporting period and will not necessarily follow the typical calendar quarters.

OFFERING/MONTH

Dallas, Tampa and Select: January, April, July, October

Houston and Miami: February, May, August, November

Austin and Denver: March, June, September, December

Los Angeles, Phoenix and Nashville: TBD

Updated NAV Reports

You will receive the updated NAV reports through the same channels as before, including email notifications and updates on our investor portal.

Impact to Investment Strategy

No changes will be made to your investment strategy solely due to this new schedule. Our goal is to enhance the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the NAV updates, thereby supporting better decision-making for your investments.

Many investment funds follow a quarterly reporting schedule to provide a more stable and accurate view of investment performance. This change aligns us with industry best practices and standards.
